You’ll take responsibility for maintaining bar standards while leading the training and development of your team, ensuring every colleague delivers outstanding service. Reporting to the Bar Manager and GM, you’ll oversee daily operations, stock control, rotation, ordering and cellar management, ensuring smooth service and an exceptional guest experience. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in doing things properly, leads by example and is passionate about creating something truly special.
