Step up in Mortimer House Kitchen’s open kitchen, an Italian restaurant, bar and terrace in Fitzrovia serving breakfast through to supper. Supporting the Head Chef, you’ll run the pass, keep the brigade organised and lead the kitchen when they’re away. Help launch new menus and specials, handle ordering, stock rotation, GP and waste, and coach junior chefs. Ideal for a Junior Sous or strong Senior CDP ready for more.
