Head Chef Mortimer House
Mortimer House is looking for an existing Head Chef with a passion for fresh, premium food and menu creativity. Leading a 100 cover operation, the focus is on brunch and lunch, with plenty of opportunity to develop and shape the menu. This is a fantastic opportunity for a chef who loves quality ingredients, creative freedom and a better work life balance, with Sundays off every week!
